What we collect

Nothing you type on this site leaves your device. The quiz runs in your browser. Its answers stay there.

When you call, text or email us, we get what you send: your name, your number or email address, and what you tell us.

Like every website, our hosting provider sees basic request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. They use those details to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies

We use one cookie and your browser's storage to remember which loan officer's phone number and buttons to show you. If you came from a loan officer's link, we remember that officer for up to a year. Otherwise, we show you one of our loan officers, picked at random, for 30 days. You can clear that choice any time in your browser settings.

We don't use ad cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. Because we don't track you across sites, your browser's "Do Not Track" setting doesn't change anything here.

When you apply

The online application opens on a separate, secure site run by our loan software provider. When you apply, you get our privacy notice for consumers. Federal law requires this notice. It explains how we handle the information in your loan file.

Who we share with

We don't sell or share personal information from this website. We only use it to answer you. If you apply, we share your file with the companies needed to make the loan, as the privacy notice describes.

Affiliated business

Home First Financial and Seven Gables Real Estate have the same owner. If a Seven Gables agent refers you to us, they give you an affiliated business disclosure. The referral may benefit them. We work with Seven Gables and other agents across California. You are free to choose any lender, and other lenders offer similar services. Shop around.

Your choices

California residents can ask what personal information we have about them and ask us to correct or delete it. Some loan records have to be kept by law. To ask, email info@yourhomefirst.com or call (714) 881-3383.
