Already have an offer?
Can you check a Loan Estimate I already got?
Yes. Every lender gives you a Loan Estimate on the same three-page form, so they're easy to compare. Send us yours and a loan officer will tell you what stands out: the rate, the fees and the cash to close. If your deal is good, we'll say so.

Questions people ask
What is a Loan Estimate?
It’s a three-page form every lender must give you within three business days of applying. It shows the rate, the monthly payment, the fees and the cash you need to close, in the same format at every lender.
What should I look at first?
Page 1: the rate, the payment, and whether either can go up. Page 2: the lender’s own charges and your cash to close. Page 3: the APR, which rolls some fees into one number.
Will you just try to beat it?
We’ll tell you what stands out. If your deal is good, we’ll say so.
